Project Overview
My assignment was to create an interactive Xbox landing experience for the upcoming film, “Logan Lucky”. The design was to include a main landing page, interactive character gallery, video banners and a path to marketplace. In addition, a watch-to-unlock mechanism awarded a free avatar t-shirt, to users who watched the movie trailer. I worked closely with project managers and developers, to assure that the look of the film's visual branding would be accurately represented.
I learned a lot while building this landing experience. I worked closely with another designer to expand my knowledge of motion graphics, and got some great tips from the developers, about the power and limitations of the Xbox console. I explored and chose the stock music, to match the film’s theme, and used Audition to edit sound bites, for button rollovers. And if anyone ever needs piles of money created and cloned, I'm your guy!
